ACT FAST is a product aiding the common layman to navigate the hurdles of an emergency; snapping out of the panic, contacting the emergencies, and how to perform basic first aid.
It is important to understand the difference between emergency and first aid situations.
Emergencies include head trauma, chest pains, and/or heavy bleeding. Whereas first aid entails small cuts, splinters, bee stings, etc.
This product focuses on emergencies.
Firstly, there is an accident. Thankfully you have your ACT FAST on you. You remove the lid, freeing the top and bottom of the product. Revealing pictograms explaining how to check for polytrauma as well as how to apply the bandages.
However before you do anything, you press both buttons at the base. This will trigger two things; (1) through Bluetooth, it will connect to the nearest charged phone, and call the emergency services. Thanks to ACT FAST they can track your location and assess the situation whilst you wait for the ambulance. (2) An automatic message plays, explaining how to check for polytrauma and how to use the bandages.
You now only have to wait for the paramedics.
